To all of my friends,

 

Sometimes life happens and takes you in a completely different direction. I have enjoyed being a photographer and capturing memories for you guys over the past decade. But this career takes a ton of behind the scenes time. Time that I have sacrificed with my own family. I've missed my children's sports games and school events so that I could capture those things for your children. I have spent holidays with you guys at times, instead of my family. I am not complaining, and my family has been very understanding and supportive. But reflecting on these things as my children get older hurts my heart. I have been blessed beyond measure to get to do something that I love. But I do feel like I need to give my best to my family first. I hope you guys will all be as supportive and understanding. If you see me out, please stop me and chat for a minute!

 

I have found a new career that allows me to be home with them most of the time. I am grateful for all the support that each of you have shown me through the years. This was not an easy decision to reach. There was a lot of prayer and thoughtful consideration that went into this choice.

Here's to the next 50 years! In the meantime, if I have samples in my studio of you or your loved ones, I will try to reach out and offer a steep discount on those items if you're interested. If you have digital files on my server, please ensure that you download and save them asap. The server will be active through December 31, 2023. After that, all files will be deleted. This website will go down after that date as well. Just wanted to give a heads up.
